The Lagoon Villas at South Bank, Turks and Caicos feature raised indoor and outdoor living spaces on the edge of a turquoise water inlet that provides long waterfront vistas and direct beach access.
A ‘butterfly roof’, falling towards the centre line of the plan, gives the collection of buildings an undulating form in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
To the rear, we have harnessed the potential for private space in the lee of the wind to create a contained outdoor living space, with lawn and terraces to create a secluded and secure courtyard garden
