75% reduction in Stamp Duty on Turks & Caicos property

 

As 2020 draws to a close, we welcome a new incentive for those looking to find their Caribbean escape. The Turks & Caicos Islands Government has announced a Stamp Duty Waiver Policy to run for the next 90 days with reductions of 75% during the first period, then staggered to 50% and 25% until the offer ends on 20th December. It’s the perfect time to make one of our remaining properties at South Bank your Caribbean home. Both our stunning Lagoon and Ocean Villas are eligible.

 

The Stamp Duty Waiver Policy is available to applicants that transact on a land parcel or property valued up to $2M between Monday, 21st September to Sunday, 20th December 2020.

 

The tiered reduction in Stamp Duty rates are as below:

21st Sep to 20th Oct – 75%

21st Oct to 20th Nov – 50%

21st Nov – 20th Dec – 25%
