We are excited to have completed the first Lagoon Villas and had the pleasure to welcome the new owners to their South Bank homes, with more villas to be completed each month. Villas 1- 8 and 12 will be ready to greet more residents before the holidays.

Landscaping for these villas is now in progress, with tropical trees and endemic planting softening the neighborhood and transforming the private walled gardens into lush outdoor sanctuaries. 

South Bank facilities

Also at The Lagoon neighborhood, the construction of the Tennis and Pickle Ball courts and basketball net has commenced. The site for the gym has been cleared and is now ready for the build phase. This facility will become an ideal space for owners and guests to train whilst enjoying tranquil lagoon views.

Entrances and
walkways 

A temporary site gate has been implemented so that the front entrance construction may commence. Access to the lagoon islands and Long Bay beach has also begun with the piling for the lagoon island pathways in place and the Long Bay beach access path underway. Once complete, a landscaped trail will lead down to the sands of Long Bay, and boardwalk-style overwater paths will link the lagoon shore to the lounging islands.

It doesn’t seem long since South Bank featured a bare peninsular. Now the Boathouse buildings D & E are close to roof level, and the ground floor slab for building A is due to be poured this month. The Boathouses will offer the perfect balance of community, views, and space.

Only one of the two Ocean Estate Dune villas remains. The final available villa, Dune Villa 01 sits elevated on the dune overlooking Long Bay beach.
