We are thrilled to announce that construction for Arc has officially begun. Following the nearly completed resort beach construction, we have now reached the pivotal milestone of breaking ground. As the site takes shape, the scale and unique positioning of this newest South Bank neighborhood will begin to reveal itself, offering owners a tangible glimpse of Piero Lissoni’s visionary design.

Only seven of the 17 Arc Sky Villas are still available for ownership, each offering a distinct vista and layout.

New owners move in at the
Boathouses and Ocean Estate

It has been a joy to welcome new owners into the South Bank community, with many more to come in the weeks ahead. After months of collaboration and anticipation, handing over the keys is a special moment for everyone involved.

At the Boathouses, over half of the owners have taken possession, particularly in Buildings E, D, C, and B, and we are delighted to see owners settling in and enjoying the lifestyle and the landscaped pool area.

Over at the Ocean Estate, over 60% of the owners have moved in so far and we will continue to deliver two per month as we move towards the resort opening.

For those who have purchased boats through the Marina, we have exciting news. Several vessels have already been delivered, with more arriving in the coming weeks, further enriching South Bank’s vibrant ocean lifestyle.
