Following on from the site preparation over the last three months, work commenced in late August on the infrastructure of the 31 acre site. This includes the laying of roads to link the six neighborhoods and the world-class amenities with one another, underground utilities will be put in place, site boundaries and the community entrance built. The amenities will include a marina and boat yard, landscaped swimming lagoon and pools, rejuvenating spa and gym, tennis court, a clubhouse with restaurant and bar as well as coffee shop – providing the perfect locations to relax and unwind.
As preparations continue, the construction of the first homes at South Bank is scheduled to commence in the 3rd quarter.
