Sharing with you our latest news as more comes to life at South Bank. Read on as we reveal the marine works beginning at Arc, the central relaxation area at the heart of the Boathouses takes shape and the amenities head towards completion.

The completion of South Bank’s gym, with TechnoGym equipment designed by Arc designer Piero Lissoni, will be fully open to owners by October. The construction of the spa, with its four lagoon-view treatment rooms operated by Grace Bay Resorts, is progressing well and scheduled to be operational for owners to book treatments by Christmas. The footprint of the Clubhouse is now clearly visible, with the concrete ground floor slab now poured and walls coming out of the ground. The Clubhouse building and landscaping are on track to be completed by March 2024 and will offer a restaurant, bar, concierge and check-in areas as well as outside seating areas.

The furniture for the Clubhouse is already in production and scheduled to arrive around the turn of the year.

In addition, the Lagoon neighborhood is nearing completion, with its last villa being handed over in early October, while the Lagoon Islands are being hardscaped this month, ready for a relaxed bar with fire pits for beachside cocktails.

Arc Sky Villas
continue to attract buyers

We are pleased to share that in August and early September we concluded three further reservations at Arc, including a two bedroom, a three bedroom and the last remaining four-bedroom Sky Villa.

A select number of three-bedroom Sky Villas are still available, each featuring unique attributes, exterior spaces, views, layouts and sizes. Beyond that, only two more two-bedroom residences and the five-bedroom Penthouse, one-of-a-kind in the Caribbean spanning the entire 12,630 sq ft top floor of Arc, remain available.

Due to the Arc sales success, the current founder’s launch pricing will conclude on September 24th and prices for the remaining units will be adjusted.

Picture perfect resort beach,
cabanas and pools coming soon

Construction will begin imminently on the resort’s main beach starting with the western groin, which will flank the entire frontage of Arc offering incredible views out across the Caicos Bank.

Clad with granite sourced from Puerto Rico, the stone structure will become visible in the coming months, paving the way for the creation of the perched beach. 

Between the beach and Arc several cabanas and lounging areas will sit served by the Arc restaurant and bar, which will overlook a 150ft pool and a hot tub for the use of all South Bank residents and guests. A second pool, equipped with sunken benches and massage jets, will also be put in place for the exclusive use of Arc’s residents.

The vision builds for
Boathouse owners

The concrete base of the 105ft Boathouse pool, around which the Launch neighborhood centers, is now in place. This central area, scheduled for completion in March 2024, will become a vibrant gathering place, featuring its signature pool and landscaped relaxation area with loungers, hammocks and bathrooms. 

As Boathouse Buildings D & E are getting closer to completion with kitchens and bathrooms currently being installed, bespoke turn-key furniture packages were specially designed and presented to the owners with great success. Orders have been placed and the furniture is currently in production. Building A is following suit and has just seen the windows installed.
