Our third neighborhood enters the build phase

This month welcomes our penultimate neighborhood, The Launch, into the construction phase. As the groundworks near completion, we move on to The Boathouses vertical build. Positioned on its own peninsula, every Boathouse has a private dock, perfect for boating lifestyles.

The Lagoon Villas, all in their construction phase see the vision for the architecture come to life, framing every view. Along the Ocean Estate, the pool at The Shoal Villa is taking form as it connects the home to the natural iron shore.
