What’s New: Flagship Neighbourhood, Arc, Opens in December

Arc continues to progress toward its December completion, and with bookings open, South Bank’s flagship neighbourhood will officially welcome its first guests on December 15th.

The fourth, final, and flagship neighbourhood at South Bank, Arc is designed by world-renowned Italian architect Piero Lissoni — named to Architectural Digest Italia’s prestigious AD100 list. Lissoni brings his signature architectural language, favouring clean lines and a dialogue between interior and exterior, to a collection of just 17 Sky Villas conceived under the ethos of elevated beachfront living. Arc was recognized in the 2026 Branded Living Awards, where it was named Best Architect-Branded Residence.

Arc owners and guests will have access to the fully serviced Arc Beach, a residents’ lounge, and a dedicated Arc pool and gym — alongside the new Sora restaurant — by day, a casual beachfront restaurant serving lunch and by night, the Turks and Caicos Islands’ first Japanese omakase restaurant. Intimate by design, Sora seats just 22 guests across two seatings each evening presenting a delightful multi-course Japanese tasting experience. Sora will also offer poolside and beachfront food and beverage service.

A limited selection of Arc Sky Villas remains available for ownership or you can reserve your Arc stay from December 15th should you wish to try it out first.

Arc’s arrival in December completes South Bank’s vision: a luxury residential resort and marina community where architecture, hospitality, and island life meet.

The Boathouse Neighbourhood: Redefined

With Arc’s arrival this December, the Boathouse neighbourhood gains a whole new set of options right at its doorstep.

Aside from the construction activity being behind us, the fully serviced Arc Beach, the 120 ft resort pool, sunset cabanas, and Sora restaurant and bar now sit just a few steps from the Boathouses, adding a new dimension to life in this neighbourhood. Just mosey on over and check it out.

Two 2-Bedroom Boathouses remain available.

Windward, Core Construction, and the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College Launch TCI’s First Construction Apprenticeship Program of Its Kind

“The young people who pass through this program will not only build projects. They will build this country.”

This summer, Windward, Core Construction, and the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College (TCICC) formally launched an apprenticeship program that is the first of its kind in the Turks and Caicos Islands, marked by the arrival of an inaugural cohort of seven trainees.

The 10-month program follows a structured dual model: full paid workdays on active Windward construction sites, including Arc and Nivå at South Bank, followed by evening classroom training delivered by TCICC. Trainees complete internationally recognized NCCER credentials and, upon completion, receive a guaranteed offer of full-time employment with Core Construction.
