The Lagoon Owners
see their home near completion

The soft sand beaches are now half filled as 4,000 cubic yards of sand arrived on site. The open pool decks of these Malibu style villas will connect directly to the sheltered waters of the lagoon, perfect for family lifestyles.

Construction on all eighteen villas is progressing well, with the next Lagoon Villa currently having its furniture installed for completion in the coming weeks as the proud owners take possession.

The Launch
Final four Boathouses for sale

Sales will continue until July 15th and then be suspended until the completion of the Boathouses. Please get in touch if you would like an on-site or virtual tour of the final four.

The construction at The Launch continues at pace with the rear terrace piling works at Boathouse Building A completed by the end of this week, allowing the foundation works to commence. Walls are coming up from the floor slabs of Building D and E, and the floor slab for Building C is due to be poured next week. We are thrilled to see this vibrant neighborhood take shape.

Architectural
Detailing

The porcelain tile mimicking the local limestone delivers a high-performance, elegant finish to the overall design. Selective timber cladding on the exteriors creates a contrasting texture and contemporary interest set against the natural tones. Inside, beautifully crafted interior finishes are bringing the designs and material boards to life.
